Having received an award from Ars Electronica in 2003 for the "Jounal de Tokyo" (son-18, sonore, 2002), Yuko strikes again with her brand new CD. Singing jazz, folk and traditional standards in Japanese, English and German, Yuko processes her voice using the most high-tech devices as well as the cheapest recording gadgets. Sound-art oriented, Yuko's work is minimalist but full of wit.
